What is a Pocket?

Pocket is a feature designed to help you get limits based on different sources of your business sales. It allows you to add multiple pockets/limits across your payment gateways and/or business bank statements.

Once you link a new sales source, our system analyzes the sales flow from that account. This new data is then used to generate another Pay-As-You-Sell Advance limit. This means potentially larger credit limit becomes available to you, helping you manage expenses, invest in inventory, or seize new growth opportunities.

Type of Pocket You Can Add

New Payment Gateway / POS System
Tell us which payment gateway / POS / platform you use for your sales. We will reach out to them for your relevant data to see if we can provide you with an additional limit.
Business Bank Account
Please submit your last 6 months of bank statements from your main business account.
New Outlet(s)
If you have multiple outlets, please let us know which platform you use to manage the sales of those outlets OR submit the bank statement of those outlets.

What is a Pocket and why should I use it?
Pocket is a feature designed to help you get limits based on different sources of your business sales. It allows you to add multiple pockets/limits across your payment gateways and/or business bank statements.
What are the different types of Pockets?
There are 3 types of Pockets:

Bank Statement Pocket
This is where you can submit your latest 6 months business bank statement,  for us to grant you an additional pocket/limit. This could be your main business account or it could be a 2nd bank statement for a different business outlet
Payment Gateway/POS System/Platform Pocket
You may be using more than one platform; e.g. SenangPay & Chip. In that case, please let us know which other platform you are using so we can also assess your limit based on the sales going through the other platform.
New Outlet Pocket
If you have another business outlet which is not yet register with Seedflex, and you would like to get a limit for this new outlet, let us know which Platform you use for this outlet or submit the latest 6 months bank statement of that outlet for us to asses.
Are there any fees associated with adding a Pocket?
No, there is no fee to add a Pocket, it's free of charge. 
Can I transfer/combine limit between my Pockets?
No, each Pocket is unique and represents the limit granted based on the source of sales e.g. sales data from your payment gateway or from your bank statement. 
How frequently does the limit of my Pockets change?
Your limit will refresh on a monthly basis provided we have the latest monthly sales data from either your latest bank statement or from your payment gateway.
If I already have more than one account today, how will this affect me?
In Phase 1 of our Pocket launch, you will still retain those accounts separately. However by end of October:
  • All accounts under the same SSM number will be grouped into a single account with multiple pockets. With just one log in, you will see all your pockets in one view. 
  • If you have accounts with different SSM numbers registered with us, you will still have separate accounts.
How do I Add a Pocket?
You can add a Pocket directly from the Seedflex portal. Click on Add a Pocket and you will be directed to a form to fill up either your bank statement details or your payment gateway information.
Can I also Add a Pocket for another business outlet? 
Yes you can! You may select New Outlet in the form and share the relevant information. 
What happens after I have filled up the Add a Pocket form?
A Seedflex representative will reach out to you within 2 business days on the outcome of your Pocket request.
I have 2 pockets but only 1 has a limit, what does this mean?
This means that for one of your pockets, there is sufficient sales for Seedflex to grant you a limit, whereas for the other there is not. Don’t worry, we refresh our limits for all pockets on a monthly basis / when we receive new sales data, hence your limit can always change over time. 
Is there a limit to how many Pockets I can create?
No, there is no limit.  
Can I drawdown from multiple Pockets at the same time?
Yes you can drawdown from each Pocket as separate applications, as long as your Pockets have eligible limit.
